Settlement methods

In the bowl (the fastest and most flavorful way)

• Heat a little oil.

• Fry the sausage pieces over medium heat until they brown on the outside and remain soft on the inside.

• Onions, peppers and tomatoes can be added to make a light sauce, rich in taste.

On the grill (light and healthy)

• The sausage is stacked on the hot grill.

• Stir until it takes on a beautiful golden hue.

In the oven (lighter, without extra fat)
